Orders

When you place an order to purchase a physical product (printed book) from ocarinabooks.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have despatched that product to you. Any products on the same order that whose despatch has not been confirmed in a despatch confirmation e-mail do not form part of that contract.

We endeavour to send out books as soon as possible, but there may be a delay of up to two weeks after an order has been placed before a book can be despatched. At exceptional times, when longer delays may be possible, a notice to this effect will be placed prominently on the website home page.

Items ordered directly from ocarinabooks.com and found to be defective should be packed securely and returned to us at 27 Central Avenue, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 5TH, U.K. We will then, at our discretion, either replace them at no additional charge or refund the cost of the item.
